Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, transparent terms detailing professional fee refunds, statutory non-refundable costs, and execution stage-wise entitlements with NexCore Global Solution Private Limited.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026•Last Updated: September 2026•Applicable Entity: NexCore Global Solution Private Limited

At NexCore Global Solution Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to provide the highest standard of professional services in business formation, tax registrations, ROC compliance, accounting, and advisory.

Core Commitment: We believe in 100% transparency. Because professional corporate consultancy involves both our expert advisory time and third-party statutory disbursements, this policy clearly delineates what can and cannot be refunded, and under what specific conditions.

1. Strict Non-Refundability of Government & Statutory Fees

Statutory Note: Government portals, regulatory bodies, and state departments do not provide refunds once an application, stamp duty, or filing fee has been paid or challan generated.

All government fees, statutory levies, stamp duties, and portal filing charges paid directly or on your behalf to any authority are strictly non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) / ROC Filing & Name Approval Fees
Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) Statutory Charges
State Stamp Duty & Notarial Charges
Trademark, Copyright & Patent Registry (IP India) Fees
FSSAI, Import Export Code (DGFT), and MSME Statutory Fees
Foreign Jurisdiction Regulatory Fees (US State Depts/IRS, UAE FTA, Canada CRA)
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Hardware Tokens & Certifying Authority Fees

Once a statutory challan, transaction reference, or receipt is generated on any government portal, NexCore Global Solution has no technical or legal ability to recall or refund those funds.

2. Stage-Wise Professional Fee Refund Matrix

Our professional service fees are refundable based solely on the operational milestone completed at the exact timestamp your cancellation request is received in writing:

Stage 1

Pre-Execution (Within 24 Hours of Payment)

Up to 100% Professional Fee Refund

Condition: Request made within 24 hours of invoice payment AND before any drafting, documentation review, DSC verification, or name reservation has been commenced by our professionals.

*Subject to deduction of non-refundable third-party payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2% to 3%).

Stage 2

Work In Progress & Drafting Stage

Up to 50% Professional Fee Refund

Condition: Work has been initiated (e.g., MOA/AOA drafted, documents audited, DSC token created, or name approval applied), but prior to final statutory submission of incorporation/filing forms.

*Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis after accounting for billable legal drafting hours, consultation calls, and DSC processing costs incurred.

Stage 3

Post-Filing / Submission to Authorities

0% Refund (Non-Refundable)

Condition: The application, form, return, or filing has been uploaded or digitally submitted to the government portal (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Trademark Registry, etc.).

*At this juncture, the full professional scope of filing and statutory obligations have been delivered. Neither professional fees nor government fees can be refunded.

3. Service Deficiency vs Client Default

Deficiency on Our Part

If an application or filing is rejected solely due to demonstrable professional negligence, drafting defect, or operational omission directly by NexCore Global Solution:

  • We will re-draft, re-file, and resubmit the application at zero additional professional charge.
  • Alternatively, if re-filing is unfeasible due to our error, an appropriate refund of the professional fees charged will be issued.

Non-Refundable Client Circumstances

No refund will be applicable if delays, rejections, or filing failures arise from:

  • Client non-provision or delayed provision of required KYC documents or OTPs.
  • Rejection of proposed company name or trademark due to existing conflicts.
  • Inaccurate, fraudulent, or altered documentation provided by the client.
  • Change of mind by directors/shareholders after initiation.
  • Government server downtimes or portal technical failures beyond our control.

4. Deductions & Retained Processing Costs

In every approved refund situation, the following direct operational costs will be deducted from the gross refund sum:

Payment Gateway Fees: 2% to 3% charged by payment processing networks (Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, UPI gateways, or international card networks) are retained by the processor and are strictly non-refundable.
DSC & Token Fees: If a Digital Signature Certificate (Class 3 DSC) or USB crypto token has been generated, cryptographic registration charges cannot be reversed.
Consultation Time: Completed advisory sessions with our Chartered Accountants, CPAs, or Company Secretaries will be billed at standard hourly rates.
